HYTECH is an easy and affordable outboard hydraulic steering solution for boats with up to 175 h.p. The kit features the unique split tilt tube rod that allows for installation of the cylinder without removing the engine. Coupled with the composite UP20 helm, the HYTECH offers effortless steering with 4.5 turns lock-to-lock. Applicable to almost all 2 and 4 stroke outboard engines. Save time and money by using Kit OB BHBR hoses to connect the helm and cylinder without a remote bulkhead fitting. The inline bulkhead bend restrictors provide a water resistant through hull passage of the hoses directly from the helm to the cylinder. These hoses are recommended for use with all Uflex helms and cylinders. Compatible with Teleflex helms and cylinders. These are rated to 1500 PSI working pressure, but not recommended for racing applications. 2 hoses per kit.
